Do you use tests?
We use reputable profiling tools alongside structured coaching; results are explained in plain English.
Will you tell me the “one perfect job”?
There is no one perfect job for various reasons, but we will consider what the client is looking for from their ideal work, taking into account their strengths and interests.
Is this suitable for 11+ and GCSE choices?
The assessment and coaching session is only suitable for students aged 14 upwards
Can parents join?
Sessions are confidential between the client and coach but for under-18s, we can include a short parent briefing at the end if desired.
Can you help with university/apprenticeship applications?
Advice can be given on the content of applications but it is the student's responsibility to complete them. This applies to UK applications only
Do you work with career changers?
Absolutely—skills mapping, market positioning, and transition strategy are core parts of our service.
What if I’m completely unsure?
That’s normal. The process is designed to create clarity from uncertainty.
How soon will I see results?
Results are the responsibility of individual clients to complete the actions created for each session. The role of the coacvh is to help them to make the best decisions for themselves rather than tell them what to do.
What if I only need CV/LinkedIn help?
We can deliver a focused single session for that.
