I’m Elja, a professional who has worked 6-7 years in EduTech, software, sustainable development and professional service businesses in various positions such as CEO, analyst, and project manager. I highly value learning and working with a purpose. This readily motivated me to work for Eleven Ace. My way of working is both collaborative and coaching-oriented. I love to share my knowledge with my colleagues, not only to accelerate collective learning, but also to upgrade their potential. In my free time, I listen to music, enjoy nature, play sports, or just get absolutely goofy with my daughter.
